Help with Spoolfield

Most download problems go away with Settings › Update now.

If they don’t, please send us:

• The error message.
• The link that failed, if you’re happy to share it.
• The latest log file, from Settings › Open log folder.

Orders, billing and refunds

Payments are handled by our online reseller, which is the Merchant of Record. Reply to your order email, or write to us with your order number and the email address you bought with. See the Refund Policy.

Signing in and devices

Use the email address you bought with. If you’ve reached the device limit, or no longer have one of your devices, we can sign them all out for you.

Privacy requests

Write from the email address on your account and put “Privacy request” in the subject. See the Privacy Policy.

Report misuse

Spoolfield runs on people’s own devices, and we don’t host what they download. If you think someone is using Spoolfield to break our Terms of Service or infringe your rights, tell us what happened and we’ll look into it.
