Your privacy and deleting your data
What Spoolfield keeps about you, how to delete your files and keys yourself, and how to close your account.
What we keep
- Your email address, your plan and your credits, so you can sign in and use what you paid for.
- Your videos, uploads and finished files, only until they’re deleted automatically: after 1 day on Free, 3 days on Starter and 7 days on Creator.
- We don’t sell your data and we don’t use advertising cookies. The full details are in our Privacy Policy.
Delete your files now
- Open Your jobs.
- On the job, press Delete files now. The files are gone from our servers straight away and can’t be recovered.
Delete API keys
If you made API keys, open your account page and press Delete next to a key. It stops working within a few seconds.
Close your account
- If you have a paid plan, cancel it first on your account page (Manage billing), so you aren’t charged again.
- Email [email protected] with “Privacy request” in the subject, from the email address on your account, and ask us to delete your account.
We reply within 30 days. Deleting your account removes your email address, jobs and files, signed-in devices and connected AI apps, and ends any remaining plan time and credits. You can also ask us for a copy of your data, or to correct it, the same way.
